Cancellation Policy & Security Deposit

  

     Deposit of 20% required to reserve your vacation home. The deposit is applied to the rental and is non-refundable. Full balance must be paid 30-days PRIOR to your arrival date. If paying with cash - $500 in cash will need to be held and returned upon inspection of the unit. Security Deposit agreement and Rental Contract must be signed and received within 24 hours of arrival. Cancellation policy; all deposits are non-refundable, any cancellation after balance of rental has been paid is non-refundable. Cancellations 31 days prior to arrival must be received in writing and will be refunded within 30-days (of receipt of cancellation notice), less the 20% deposit a $50 cancellation fee. If you wish to re-book your vacation within a 6-month period of your initial reservation date, we will apply your rental money paid to your next holiday; note this option is subject to change without notice and all communication must be in writing. All rental rates exclude State and Local taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
