Our Villas are all less than 25 minutes from major attractions,
shopping and restaurants. (Depending on traffic)
We recommend ordering pool heat if you are planning to vacation
during October-April. Pool heat during the months of December and
January are a must. Keep in mind, if outside temperature drops below
55 degrees, the pool heater may not work.
We have an "Express Check In" service. After you complete your
registration and your Villa has been paid in full, you will receive
an email 7 days to 72 hours before your arrival date with the new
door code, any gate codes and Wi-Fi codes.
Its standard practice in the industry. As with a hotel, you must
provide the information at check in. We do this electronically
(email) because our vacation rentals are on our express check in
system, and you go directly to the Villas. No need to make an extra
stop and pick up keys.

Most of our Villas have check in time after 4:00pm. Subject to
availability, you may be able to check in early for a nominal fee.
Check out time is 10:00 am. Please check with us, if you would like
to stay later, if available we can arrange a late check out fee for
a nominal fee.
Villas are provided with all dinnerware and flatware, a variety of
utensils for cooking/baking/serving etc. All major and minor
appliances, including coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, towels,
linens, complimentary starter soap, toilet paper, and trash bags.
Once the items are used, it’s the guest responsibility to replenish
them.
We have a variety of safety measures to maintain the safety of your
personal information when you reserve your Villa with us. All
sensitive credit card information is transmitted through SSL
technology and then encrypted into our gateway provider.
Yes, all of our Villas have Wi-Fi, the passwords will be given to
you in your express email check in and also listed inside the Villa
in the Vacation guide.
Absolutely, we are licensed as a lodging provider and each home is
licensed by the state to be a short term rental property.
All Southern Select Villas are non-smoking. We encourage our guests
who do smoke to do son on the street side of the home as to not
bother the other guests and neighbors.
Yes. If you’ve left something behind on your visit and we find it,
we can arrange to have it shipped back to you. We use UPS to handle
all shipping of left behind items. We can also arrange for UPS to
ship/bulk items to your home or business prior to your departure.
