The Highlands Reserve Golf Course Community is an ideal choice for a vacation as you can relax in your very own home amongst an abundance of pine trees with orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. In addition to the obvious benefits there is a superb golf course with its own club house and communal pool. The large gardens and paved walkways give a real sense of community that is safe for kids and a delight for that early morning walk, jog or romantic moonlight stroll.

This attractive home is both light and spacious making the most of the open plan arrangement and will be a cosy home from home.

The Lounge has plenty of comfortable seating with a large television and views to the outside pool area, this is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day in the parks and catch up with a ball game or a family film.

The Kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs whether you opt for a banquet for the whole family or a more simple lunch/ meal at the breakfast bar.

The Dining Area is very quaint also enjoys views out to the pool deck.

The Bedrooms are well appointed and will offer you the perfect retreat at the end of the day and with three bathrooms there are ample facilities for all your party. The Bedroom line up is as follows:

A Master Suite beautifully decorated with King Bed, with television and en-suite facilities of twin basins plus large shower and ceiling fan.

A Queen Suite is also classically decorated with en-suite facilities of bath with shower and ceiling fan.

A Queen Bedroom is also decorated in fresh colours and includes a TV, ceiling fan and is served by a Jack and Jill bathroom.

The Outside of the Home is truly lovely with a large pool that has beautiful panoramic views, just perfect for the days spent at home relaxing and enjoying a new book. There are sun loungers for you to soak up the lovely Florida sunshine and a covered Al Fresco Dining Area with a table and chairs for you to sample the delights of the outdoors or even something more exotic under the stars.
