This townhome has two stories, 1679 sq.ft., 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms

Located very close to the resort facilities at Regal Palms Resort.

The home comes with full kitchen facilities, granite countertop, washer and dryer, free WI-FI. All brand new stainless steel appliances.

The floor in the living room is brand new, and wooded. From the sleeper sofa you can watch the new 55" flat screen TV. There is also a CD player.

There is a formal dining area that seats 6 plus a further 4 bar stools by the fully equipped kitchen.

A king size bed is located both downstairs and upstairs in both master bedrooms. Both masters has its private bathroom as well.
Third and fourth bedroom which are located upstairs have 2 twin beds in each room.

All bedrooms have new flat screen 32" LED TV's.

The ground terrace is sunny and west facing, and equipped with patio furniture.
You will also enjoy your morning coffee in the second floor terrace outside your master bedroom.

A high chair and fold out crib is available for complimentary use.

Departure clean are included for stays of 6 nights or more.
