Our large 6 Bedroom and 5 Bathroom Villa has a Private Screened Pool and Lanai, Fully Equipped Kitchen, and Internet access.

Highlands Reserve is a prestigious holiday and residential golfing community in Davenport, within the Orlando Area. Highlands Reserve has excellent on-site facilities including a communal swimming pool, Tennis courts, 18 hole golf course, practice range, putting green, and cafe bar which is open seven days a week.

Highlands Reserve is situated just off US highway 27, in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of orange groves. It is ideally located for easy access to all major attractions, with shops, supermarket, and restaurants all close by. A new Walmart has opened on US27 just 5 minutes drive.

Highlands Reserve is only minutes away from all the areas major theme parks. There are four major theme parks, Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney MGM Studios, and Disney Kingdom Theme Park. There are also Two Water parks. You can choose from Two Night entertainment centres.

Highlands Reserve is within easy reach of Sea World, Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Centre. and Daytona Beach. It is an hours drive to Cocoa Beach, and an hour and a half from St. Petersburg and Clearwater.

For shopping, try the 700,000 square foot Beltz Factory Outlet Centre just 12 miles away.
