Are you a large family or group looking for somewhere to stay? Look no further. This 2-storey vacation villa is in the Shire at West Haven, has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and sleeps a total of 10. There are two living areas: a formal living area and an informal living area. The elegant formal living area has plenty of seating and is the perfect place to sit down and have an intimate conversation. If you want something a little more casual, the informal living room has a large L-shaped sofa and TV. It’s a great place for everyone to get together and watch a movie after a long day out. Enjoy cooking? You love this large, fully-equipped kitchen with its granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of countertop space. You’ll have no problem whipping up a meal here. When it’s time to eat, there are three dining areas. There’s a small breakfast bar with seating for two, a breakfast nook in the kitchen with seating for four, and a formal dining area with seating for six. There are 5 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own balcony. There is a second bedroom that also has a king-size bed and en-suite. The remaining three bedrooms all have queen-size beds. And with a TV in each bedroom, arguments over who gets to watch what should be kept to a minimum. The best features about this house? The pool and games room. With a basketball hoop, pool table, and air hockey table in the games room, you’ll spend hours playing in this room. If you’d rather be out enjoying the Florida sunshine, there’s a private pool, jacuzzi, and loungers at the back of the house. If the sun gets to be a little too much, there is also a covered lanai with a table and chairs to enjoy.


Community Description

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
