When you first enter the home, you step foot into a large foyer with tiled floor. To the immediate right is a large formal dining room. Walk forward, and you enter the formal living room, which has leather seating for 3 or more. This is the perfect place to socialize with others. Take a right and you enter the informal dining room / breakfast nook, which has seating for up to six people. Just off the dining area is the kitchen and informal living area. The kitchen comes with modern appliances, has plenty of countertop space, and is fully-equipped with all the kitchen utensils you would need prepare a meal. The two-tiered, central countertop acts as both workspace and as a breakfast bar with seating for two. The kitchen overlooks the informal living room, which has plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV. There is also a small, third living room /den with sleeper sofa and TV. With so many people staying under the same roof, there is bound to be a lot of laundry. Don’t worry. There is a full-size washer and dryer.The master bedroom has a king-size bed, direct access to the pool deck, a walk-in-closet, and an en-suite bathroom. There is also another bedroom with a king-size bed, two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed (a full bed and single bed). All bedroom have their own televisions.
