When it’s time to sit down and eat, you have three options: a breakfast bar that is attached to the kitchen (seats 2), a breakfast nook (seats 6), or a formal dining room (seats 6). After a long, busy day, there’s no better place than to sit back, relax, and watch some TV in the modern living room. The bedroom layout is as follows: A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, and two more bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. The two best parts about this home? The games room and pool. The games room has a pool table and an air hockey table. If you’d rather be enjoying the Florida sunshine, there is a pool and jacuzzi. If the sun gets to be too much, there is a covered lanai for you to sit under.

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids’ playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away. Disney World is just 15 minutes away while Sea World is 25 minutes, Universal Studios 30 minutes and Orlando International Airport 40 minutes’ drive.
