Situated at the front of the home, the second bedroom has a queen bed and is located in a short hallway leading from the family lounge. Bedroom three is situated next to Bedroom two and has two twin beds. Bathroom two is opposite Bedroom three and has a single vanity, half bath and shower. A fully equipped utility is located inside the single car garage and is accessed via an internal door from the bedroom hallway.
