A little further back and you’re now in the formal dining room, with room to seat 6. The kitchen is large, modern, and overlooks the second living room, which has a glass patio door that leads to the pool area. The kitchen also boasts a more informal wooden dining area that seats 4. This is perfect spot to enjoy a spot of TV, unwind, and chat with your friends or family members. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed in a spacious, well-lit room. It also has a large sliding door that lets in plenty of natural sunlight and provides access to the patio area. Additionally, it has a large closet space, TV, and en-suite bathroom with corner tub and separate walk-in shower. The second master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, white wooden bedroom furniture, TV, and a large closet. The 2 other bedrooms are twin rooms. Both rooms also have their own TV. There is a communal bathroom found next to the twin bedrooms. The home has its own washing machine and dryer. The highlight of this single-story home has to be the patio and pool area found at the rear of the home. The lagoon-shaped swimming pool is easily big enough to do laps in, or if you prefer, play.
