When you first enter the villa, you’ll notice the pillars that line the hallway and give the inside a more grandeur feel. These pillars compliment the formal living room and the formal dining room. Upon entering the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll quickly realize that it is big, very big! It also comes with modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and a breakfast nook, which seats 4. The kitchen overlooks the informal living room. Here, you’ll find a big leather sectional and that all-important large flat screen TV. It’s the perfect place to relax and watch a movie after a long day at the parks. There are 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, you’ll find bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed. Head upstairs, and you’ll come across a small office area with a desk and chair where you can get sit down and do any work that may have popped up. The remaining bedrooms are also on this level. The second bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. The third bedroom also has a king-size bed and smaller en-suite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single beds and share a jack and Jill bathroom. This vacation villa also comes with a games room in the converted garage. It has an air hockey table and a pool table. At the back of the house is a screened-in pool deck complete with pool, jacuzzi, and plenty of sun loungers placed around the pool for those who want to work on their tan. There’s also a patio table and chairs under the covered lanai for those who want to give the sun a break.


Community Description

The Shire at West Haven is located just off Hwy 54 and is very convenient for Hwy 27, Hwy 192 and I4. The Shire is a sub-division of West Haven and is located within a secure gated community set among wetlands and other areas of conservation. Many of the homes have conservation views and large balconies. The sub-division will also shortly have access to the community clubhouse and related facilities just 250 yards away that will include a resort-style swimming pool (depth of pool ranges from 3ft 6” to 5 ft), 2 tennis courts, kids playground, beach volleyball and gym. Posner Park, a huge retail outlet located on the intersection between Hwy 27 and I4 at Exit 55, has fine dining, shopping and entertainment and is only 2 miles away.
