This charming Villa has been decorated by the owners many years of travel and collections. You will enjoy the three bedrooms with three bathrooms. 1 King, I Queen ( Murphy Bed) and 1 Full. Gorgeous view of the 7.5 acre lake behind the Villa.
Tennis court two doors away. Kayaking available. Two blocks away a 28 acre Lake for swimming and fishing and a pavilion for private parties available with the stay. Disney and Universal about 50 minutes away in Orlando. Beautiful beaches in Melbourne about 5 miles away. Lovely area easily accessible to I-95. Villa can only be rented on a monthly basis.
